Who Am I

After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and another in Modern Literature from the University of Pisa, I continued my education based on the principle of lifelong learning.
I recognised the importance of ongoing, consistent training to keep my skills up to date and my working methods effective. Over the years, this approach has led me to pursue three different study paths, earning three Master’s degrees: one in Marketing, one in Business Administration, and one in Web Marketing.

IN THE WORLD OF TOURISM
Today, after many years as a Hotel General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing for luxury hotels throughout Tuscany, I chose to focus my expertise on a few key areas that embrace the evolution of the digital and global travel era, such as:
Sales & Marketing – Online, Offline, and Digital Strategy: My focus is not only on understanding social media and the web but on using them strategically to drive sales, strengthen brand positioning, and elevate the performance of hospitality and tourism businesses that must innovate and grow in the age of Tourism 4.0.
I collaborate with hotel owners and management teams to create and implement marketing plans, integrating traditional sales strategies with online and social channels to ensure measurable results and long-term positioning.
Training & Education: Building on over a decade of experience managing luxury and boutique hotels, I’ve developed training programs to guide and mentor the next
generation of hotel managers and marketing professionals.
These programs bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic vision, combining leadership, communication, and digital skills essential for today’s hospitality leaders.
Sales Calls, Trade Fairs & B2B Events: I actively participate in international luxury trade shows and workshops across the United States, Europe, Asia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, representing high-end Italian hotels, villas, and destinations.
Through direct meetings with travel advisors, tour operators, and DMCs, help strengthen Italy’s presence in the global luxury travel market.
Fam Trips & Site Inspections
I personally organize and coordinate FAM trips and site inspections for travel agencies and tour operators from all over the world — creating opportunities for them to experience Italy firsthand.
These experiences allow agents to connect authentically with the destination, transforming curiosity into commitment, and leads into loyal clients.
